This is to assure all existing users of the VALE software and any future users that we are operating with a full team as if we are altogether in our usual company locations.
Our team members are all operating from home and strictly self isolating.
The team have the necessary access to our Company systems as well as secure access to our customers’ systems when that is necessary.
We have a phone system that enables you to talk to us just as if we are in the offices even though we are spread out.
As usual email is the best way of communicating regular support requests but please do call us if there is a need for more complex explanations of your requirements that would be communicated less efficiently via email.
