These powerful sub-systems integrate fully with the VALE Enterprise software for sales and servicing companies.
The difference is that SALESLink is a system designed for both out of and in office usage so that it can be employed without connection to the main system whereas Telesales needs to be connected but of course it can be employed remotely via suitable secure connection.
SALESLink is ideal for salespeople with facilities like follow up task lists, reminders of various sorts as well as containing comprehensive details of his or her suspect, prospect and account customers.
Telesales can do all of this but its real strength is to enable the fast processing of sales orders.
The two systems overlap and are essential for good customer base defence and for obtaining new customers.
So as not to repeat information this section contains illustrations of SALESLink rather than Telesales and highlights the suitability of obtaining home printer details.

So in order from the left the Company Info tab contains details of all the salesperson’s suspects, prospects and customers.
The Key People tab contains contact details for the people with whom the salesperson interacts.
Activity enables the recording of contact interaction and enables reminders to be set for future tasks.
Competitor Equipment contains information garnered about machines, software etc not bought from the company and can be populated with home printer information.
Machines contains the information about the machines and software in place in the salesperson’s customers, Service History holds the service and support records for those customers, Calls are outstanding service or support requests, invaluable when communicating with a customer.
Events hold the details of promotions and Orders hold order histories and enable new sales to be processed.

When dealing with home printers in particular it is likely that only a fraction of these details will be recorded but even knowing the model, its location outside the office building and a rough idea of its volume can be valuable when considering future deals and consumables/service provision.
